In some countries, additional local import charges and/or duties will apply. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. We are unable to advise the exact amount this may be as these charges are not controlled or executed by us, they are government charges and the individual making the purchase is responsible per transaction for these costs.
To prevent double payment of the taxes, you can enter the corresponding VAT discount code, which will be displayed at checkout.

If, at the time of delivery, the packaging is damaged, please open the package in the presence of the carrier in order to verify the condition of the Goods. In the event of damage to the goods, you should note the details on the delivery note and contact the Customer Service team at info@elline-switzerland.com
To exercise your right of cancellation before the goods have been delivered to you, you must contact us, giving details of the goods ordered and (where appropriate) their delivery at info@elline-switzerland.com.
You will be responsible for returning the goods in their original packaging, complete with all labels, protective covers and boxes, and in particular the crystal film covering the box must still be sealed, together with the original invoice. In order to receive your refund, you must return the products to us as soon as reasonably possible. Parcels that are returned to us remain the customer’s responsibility and a refund will not be given until we have received them. You will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the product.
We will contact you within 1-3 business days from receipt of package to confirm your return has been processed.
We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days.
