Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from elline Switzerland. You have the right to change your mind, end the contract and receive a refund up to the end of 30 days after you (or someone you nominate) received the products. However, you do not have a right to change your mind in respect of products sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes, once these products are unsealed after you receive them.

To exercise your right of cancellation before the goods have been delivered to you, you must contact us, giving details of the goods ordered and (where appropriate) their delivery at info@elline-switzerland.com.

You will be responsible for returning the goods in their original packaging, complete with all labels, protective covers and boxes, and in particular the crystal film covering the box must still be sealed, together with the original invoice. In order to receive your refund, you must return the products to us as soon as reasonably possible. Parcels that are returned to us remain the customer’s responsibility and a refund will not be given until we have received them. You will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the product.

We will contact you within 1-3 business days from receipt of package to confirm your return has been processed.

We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days.
